This 5,400 SF tenant improvement project introduces a carefully designed support hub within a large 270,000 SF industrial facility, enhancing daily operations and employee comfort. Centrally located for optimal accessibility, the space includes 1,000 SF of office space for administrative and managerial functions, alongside a 1,200 SF lunchroom that offers a space for breaks and informal gatherings. Additional amenities such as restrooms with integrated shower facilities and a dedicated mother’s room reflect a commitment to inclusivity, wellness, and workforce support. The design balances efficiency and comfort, providing a streamlined yet considerate environment that builds a productive workplace.
