This 3,200 SF tenant improvement project transforms the campus experience through the creation of a dedicated Health & Wellness Center, an ASB Student Center, and an expansive exterior patio, fostering a stronger sense of connection, well-being, and community. The interior program includes a 1,400 SF Health & Wellness Center designed to support student care and mental health services, and an 1,800 SF ASB Student Center that provides a flexible, engaging space for student leadership, activities, and social interaction. A 4,000 SF exterior patio extends the functionality of the interior spaces outdoors, offering a dynamic area for informal gatherings, events, and relaxation. Panoramic doors seamlessly link the indoor and outdoor environments, enhancing natural light, promoting fluid movement between zones, and supporting a vibrant, student-centered atmosphere that reflects the evolving priorities of campus life.
