This 50,000 SF tenant improvement project in Anaheim, California, reflects Repligen’s vision for a cohesive brand identity by echoing the design language of their larger Compton facility in a more compact and efficient layout. The exterior upgrades of this project include a new landscaped entryway and accessibility upgrades. The project seamlessly integrates office and manufacturing spaces, balancing functionality with an aesthetic visual presence. Manufacturing areas are carefully organized to support production flow while maintaining a clean and controlled workspace environment. Flexible layouts to accommodate specialized process equipment in addition to utility and process support areas contribute to production efficiency and scalability. At the heart of the office area is an entrance lobby featuring a reception area that establishes a welcoming and professional tone. The project includes private offices and a centrally located open office area that encourages collaboration and connectivity among staff.
