This 14,450 SF tenant improvement project for the Infrared Imaging System Company delivers a highly specialized and efficient environment tailored to the company’s advanced technological needs. The project includes a 2,500 SF clean room designed to meet stringent environmental controls, along with darkrooms, testing areas, and dedicated welding zones to support the development and refinement of sensitive infrared imaging technologies. Complementing these technical spaces, the design incorporates thoughtfully organized office areas that emphasize clarity of circulation and spatial efficiency to create a transition between high-performance laboratory environments and the administrative core of the facility. This project also incorporates site-wide ADA upgrades, ensuring accessibility and compliance throughout the facility.
