This new headquarters for Jacky Lines, Inc., a growing trucking company, establishes a strong presence in an emerging industrial corridor in Fontana, California, just south of the 10 Freeway. Situated on a two-acre site, the 11,500 SF concrete tilt-up building is designed to support the operational and administrative needs of a modern logistics business. The facility includes approximately 3,500 SF private offices and conference rooms, offering a dedicated space for management, planning, and client engagement. The remaining 8,000 SF is allocated to warehouse space, providing ample room for storage, staging, and fleet-related functions. The site design accommodates parking for 20 truck trailers, reinforcing the building’s role as a logistical hub. With its streamlined form, durable tilt-up concrete construction, and clear spatial organization, the building emphasizes efficiency and longevity, while its site layout and structural clarity reflect a thoughtful approach to industrial architecture tailored to the demands of a logistics-focused operation.
