This first-generation executive suite tenant improvement project transforms the second floor of a three-story building in Anaheim Hills, positioned with sweeping views of the 91 freeway. Encompassing approximately 25,000 SF, the design organizes a complex program of 77 private offices, two large conference rooms, a lounge, an expansive lobby and reception area, workrooms, and multiple breakrooms into a cohesive and efficient workplace environment. Emphasizing flow and functionality, the layout of the suite supports a diverse range of professional activities while fostering a sense of connectivity and openness.
